Our Sports Performance Coaches are National Strength and Conditioning Association, certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists (CSCS). They are nationally and internationally recognized as experts, in the field of Sports Performance and have coached and trained athletes ranging from weekend warriors to National Team, Olympic and Professional athletes in the sports of soccer, lacrosse, squash, tennis, football, basketball, baseball, softball, track & field, field hockey, bobsled, speed skating, hockey, triathlons, marathons, Ironman, extreme fitness events, rowing, motor sports, volleyball, MMA, Martial Arts, Wrestling, cycling, etc. With an extensive range of sport performance experience, our Sports Performance Coaches are skilled and motivated to push your game to the highest level possible.

The Authlete Program
Mission: Provide a positive and encouraging environment where high functioning young adults with Autism have the opportunity to be physically, socially and athletically challenged.
Vision: No Limit Fitness/Sports Performance will be the primary facility for the Athlete with Autism Program where exercise, athletic movement, and sports performance techniques are used to enrich the lives, improve functioning, and enhance overall social and communication skills for young adults with Autism.
