Fit Club is small group training developed and coached by Certified Strength and Conditioning Coaches that strives to incorporate every dimension of fitness (strength, nutrition, endurance, speed, flexibility, stamina, power, coordination, balance and agility) in a positive, encouraging, and safe environment. You will learn proper technique, consistently demonstrate proper technique, and take the correct steps toward reaching your goals.
Each class is 60 minutes in duration and consists of mobility exercises, a dynamic warm-up, the workout, and flexibility. Fit Club works because it is a community of people from all walks of life with different fitness levels, but all striving to achieve the same goal of living a healthy and positive life. The program is effective and efficient. The environment is motivating and fun and the groups grow from a handful of individuals into small families. With 25 classes offered every week, the flexibility of our schedule will allow you the time to train and keep your commitment to lose weight, get stronger, leaner, and achieve a healthy lifestyle.
